Gaza - Not a New Story

 


Looking at the news, we're constantly reminded of evil Israeli action, including continued attacks and bombings of humanitarian facilities. Just two months ago, dozens of Palestinians in the strip were shot at and killed while lining up for bread. UN faculty weren't safe either. In fact, in 2024 alone, 126 UN personnel were murdered in the strip, displaying the continued infliction of disproportionate force on innocent people. These practices, however, aren't anything new to the Palestinian people, and when the war ends, if it eventually does, it's likely these practices will only continue- this time without the same level of coverage we are currently seeing.
